Temporary or additional GP capacity, for many reasons
Remedi can review both short-notice and future requirements. Providing early notice generally creates greater flexibility, particularly for rural locations and extended bookings.
Five steps from request to support
Submit the requirement
Tell us the dates, session times, location, type of work and any important practice details.
Requirement review
We consider the practice environment, clinical workload, systems and expected responsibilities.
Clinician matching
Remedi identifies appropriately registered clinicians whose availability and experience align with the engagement.
Confirmation
The practice reviews the proposed arrangement and confirms the booking.
Preparation and support
We coordinate practical details and remain available during the engagement.
Onsite GP cover
Onsite locums work within the practice and support face-to-face patient care using the practice’s established systems and processes.
Telehealth GP cover
Telehealth can add capacity when an onsite clinician is not available or when the work can be delivered appropriately through telephone or video consultation. Clinical appropriateness must always guide whether a patient can be managed remotely.
